1. Log in to the nunc. app with your registered email and enter the magic code sent to your inbox. 2. Tap on the account profile icon. 3. Navigate to Account and Security. 4. Click on the delete account button, then confirm the action. You'll receive an email confirmation acknowledging the initiation of the user account and data deletion process.

Once the data deletion process starts, all related information will be permanently removed, including your account email, address, callout name, and purchase history. Additionally, your nunc. Machine ID, espresso and grinder name, and any stored payment card details will be erased.

Your data will be permanently deleted within 90 days. Should you decide to return, we’ll always be here to welcome you back.
